›› Is there a binding day for arrivals and departures?
In June, July and August arrivals must be on Sunday after 16:00 and departures on the same day within 10:00 am. In other months, arrivals and departures can occur any day according to your choice
›› Do you have a private beach? Is it included in the rates?
We do not have a private beach, but we let our guests free to choose the bathing establishment they prefer. We may simply suggest some with which we have an agreement and where special rates only for our customers will be applied.
›› Are you equipped for families with small children?
Our Residence Moorea is certainly the ideal solution for families with children, without being bound to schedule in order to maintain your own habits!
We have beds with sides, high chairs, baby bath tubs. The pool has an area with shallow water (50 cm) to allow children of all ages having a safe and quiet bath. Inflatable swimming armbands and boards are also available. The Management of Residence Moorea offers to parents the possibility of short excursions by bicycle with children, sitting them securely on comfortable seats regularly approved. All families can enjoy free activities carried out during summer by the Entertainment Service arranged in the bathing establishments. A skilled entertainer will play with children from 3 to 14 years organizing tournaments, sand castles competitions and all what will let your children enjoy a serene and happy holiday. Moreover, you will find a children playground inside the Residence.
›› We have an animal, we can take it with us?
Certainly. We are one of the few structures that accepts the animals. The provided accommodation is in a Suite with private entrance (according to availability). Close to our Residence there is a direct access to the pinewood of Milano Marittima, for wonderful walks with your pets! Veterinarian on request. Entrance in the pool area is not allowed to animals.
›› What is the difference between two-room and three-room apartment and three-room apartment PRESTIGE?
Firstly, the main difference concerns the surface: two-room apartments are 77 sq meters, three-room apartments 95 sq meters and three-room apartment Prestige 120 sq meters. Secondly, almost all two-room apartments are facing the pool, while three-room apartments have a view on the pinewood. The Prestige three-room apartment has an independent entrance and a beautiful terrace that surrounds the whole Suite, overlooking both the pool and the pinewood.
›› How far is the beach from the residence?
Our Residence Moorea is placed on the main Avenue of Milano Marittima, just 200 meters from the beach.
›› Arriving by car, is there the possibility of a parking place?
Each apartment has its outside parking space and a reserved parking space in a garage.
›› Do you have a pool?
Certainly! Our Residence Moorea is the only one in Milano Marittima with a private pool for its guests. Moreover, an equipped relaxing solarium area is available, as well as a Jacuzzi area.
›› How far is the city center?
It is about 1000 meters from our residence, though nearby it is possible to find food shops, bars, fruit and vegetables shops, pharmacy and more. The bus stop is only 30 meters from our residence every 30 minutes
›› Is there a local bus service nearby?
The local transport department provides several bus connections between Milano Marittima and the surroundings, almost every 30 minutes. The bus stop is 30 meters from our residence.
›› How far is Mirabilandia funfair?
Mirabilandia is located about 7 km from our Residence Moorea and can be easily reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
›› How many floors has the building? Is there a lift?
The residence is built on 3 floors and is served by a lift that reaches the garage on the lower ground floor.
›› How often is the change of linen?
It is twice a week for bed linen, table cloth and dish linen, and three times a week for bath linen.
›› Is there a laundry service for customers?
There is a separate laundry room where you can wash your underwear free. Each apartment is equipped with a clothes-horse.
›› Can I keep my contacts by e-mail or have the Internet access?
Our free wireless line allows the access to Internet with personal notebook. It will be sufficient to ask for the password at Reception desk
›› What time should I leave the apartment on the day of departure?
Check-out is strictly required by 10 am on the day of departure to allow an adequate cleaning for guests on arrival.
›› Where is the Residence?
It is placed in a very quiet area in Milano Marittima, surrounded by the pinewood and only 200 meters from the sea.
›› Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Of course. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Furthermore, the proximity of our residence to the sea and the large balconies offer a constant ventilation.
›› Is it possible to eat in the open air?
All balconies of the apartments are equipped with chairs and tables for lunch and dinner in the open air.
›› Is there a baby sitter service?
Yes, on demand with extra charge.
›› Are there are sporting facilities nearby?
Of course: just 1,5 km from our residence there is the Tennis Club with 12 fields and a modern and well-equipped gym. Furthermore there is the Adriatic Golf Club with its 27 holes, while it is possible to practice water sports only 200 meters from our residence.
›› How far is the Equestrian Centre “Le Siepi”?
Just 1 km, since our residence is the closest one to the Equestrian Centre.
›› Is there a comfortable transport to Cervia thermal baths?
Of course, the bus stop is only 30 meters from our residence every 30 minutes. |
