1- BOOKING:
Bookings may be made via telephone, fax, letter or internet and will be considered as confirmed only upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. Residence Moorea will immediately give notice of the receipt concerning the above mentioned deposit. Residence Moorea reserves the right to reject deposits received later than 15 days after communication of apartment availability concerning the required period, as well as the right to cancel the actual booking.


2- DEPOSIT:
When booking is arranged, a deposit equal to 30% of the total sum must be paid. This amount is due to Residence Moorea within at least 5 days after reservation has been confirmed. If the client does not adhere to this condition, Residence Moorea reserves the right to cancel the actual booking. The deposit may be sent by bank transfer or postal order. Along with the payment must come (by mail or fax) the details of the bank remittance or copy of the postal office payment.


3- CANCELLATION TERMS:
In the event that a booking is cancelled, the same cancellation must occur via letter , fax or e-mail. Consequently the deposit will be kept in the following way:10% if the cancellation is made 60 days before the arrival date; 50% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date; the entire deposit if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date.


4- ARRIVAL:
Guests may arrive on Sunday between 16:00 and 20:00. In case of delay, guests are kindly requested to advise the management as soon as possible. Otherwise, the apartment will be available for one more day; then the same may be rented again and the client will pay as indicated in n.3.  On arrival all guests staying in the apartment will be requested to present their personal identity cards or passports for registration. In the event that guests should not arrive on the expected day, but they postpone the arrival or leave earlier for personal reasons, tariff reductions or refunds are not allowed.


5- FINAL BALANCE OF PAYMENT:
The total payment concerning the stay must be settled on arrival during check-in by cash, check, cash card or credit card. The assignment of the apartment depends on availability, and any eventual preference will be satisfied wherever possible according to availability.


6- SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit amounting to € 200,00 must be paid on arrival for each apartment, otherwise it is possible to leave the credit card details. Guests are requested to take care of the apartment as well as of all equipment included. Any claim regarding the state of the apartment will be accepted within the following 24 hours after the arrival. Any damage caused to objects must be refunded according to the current prices. In the event of no damage or shortage, the deposit will be returned on departure after the apartment has been duly controlled.


7- LOSS OF KEYS:

Any loss of keys or access cards must be duly reported to the Management. The loss will imply the refund of Euro 30,00 for each access card and Euro 50,00 for each key lost by the customer.


8- DEPARTURE:

Guests must leave the apartment by and no later than 10.00 a.m. on departure day. Departure at night or in different hours than what established must be agreed and authorized beforehand. The apartment must be left in order, free of garbage and personal belongings.


9- RULES OF STAY:

It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those agreed at the time of booking. In this respect, children are considered as adults. Parking inside Residence Moorea is free, but each guest must strictly respect the appropriate spaces corresponding to each apartment. All visitors are required to respect the rules of the residence, particularly those concerning the rest period during the afternoon and at night.


10- ANIMALS:

Animals are allowed in the Residence against payment of an extra charge, and after authorization by the Management. There are bowls for food and water at disposal. In case of any inconvenience or damage to persons or properties, the Management may require the early departure from the residence, without any repayment for the left period of the stay.


11- EQUIPMENTS:

All apartments are completely furnished and equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils (pots, plates, glasses, dishes), hot and cold running water, 220 volts electricity. Bed linen for each bed available.


12- LIABILITY OF RESIDENCE MOOREA:

The customer indemnifies the Residence Moorea from any liability for damages occurred out of acts of third parties as well as any interruption of service. The client is directly responsible towards the owner of the rented property and towards third parties for any damage occurred out of his behavior in using the leased property. The client also indemnifies the Manager and Residence Moorea for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the stay at the rented property. The Court of Ravenna shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute.


13- SPECIAL RULES:

The allocation of housing is made according to availability, and any preferences will be met as far as possible according to availability. Services such as parking space and garage, must be matched with each residential units and cannot be changed. The request for a particular apartment (number, floor, position, etc..) will be taken into consideration without a guarantee. We inform our customers that members from the staff duly authorized by the Management may enter the apartment for any repairs or maintenance in your absence.


14- VISITORS:

Relatives, friends and visitors will be allowed to enter the Residence only against authorization of the Management, and after delivery of a document of identity. The Management reserves the right to check at any time the identity of people staying within the Residence.
